Defective Products

We accept returns for defective products only. A defective product is one that:

  • Arrives damaged or compromised in quality
  • Has packaging that is torn, punctured, or otherwise compromised
  • Does not meet our quality standards due to a manufacturing issue
  • Is past its best-before date upon arrival

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for defective products. You may exchange your item for:

  • The same product in good condition
  • A different product of equal or lesser value
  • Store credit toward a future purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue
  2. Include photos of the defective product if possible
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 1-2 business days

Return Shipping

For defective products:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You will not be charged for return shipping on defective items
  • Please return the item in its original packaging when possible

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Replacements will be shipped within 2-3 business days
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that are not defective
  • Items that have been opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Custom or special orders (unless defective)

Temperature-Sensitive Products

If you receive refrigerated or frozen products that have been compromised during shipping due to temperature issues, please contact us immediately. Take photos of the packaging and product condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
